How I work

End-to-end ownership

I stay with a problem from the first framing to the last edge case: setting a direction the team can build towards for more than a quarter, then designing the details that decide whether it holds up in real use.

Design that scales

I design for web, mobile and native apps across several markets, and I work in patterns rather than one-offs. Building alongside design systems teams keeps what I ship consistent, and easy for others to build on.

Evidence, not opinion

I use data to see where people get stuck, talk to them to understand why, and test to confirm a change actually helped. Analytics and user feedback are part of my week, not a phase at the start of a project.

Early collaboration

I bring Product, Engineering and Data in early rather than presenting at the end. Sharing context from the start is usually the difference between a design that ships intact and one that quietly gets watered down.

AI as part of the craft

I use AI where it genuinely saves time: making sense of research, getting to a working prototype quickly, and speeding up delivery. Figma Make, Claude Code, Bolt, Codex and NotebookLM sit next to Figma, Miro, Maze and Tableau in my toolkit.
